Security Operations Center Specialist
Location: The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of the Indianapolis, IN.
**Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am ET

The Security Operations Center Specialist is responsible for a wide range of tasks supporting the Global Security Operations Center’s 24/7 mission to conduct physical security system monitoring and oversight, monitoring and responding to risk events with a potential negative impact on the security and safety of the company associates and physical assets.
How you will make an impact:
Ensuring physical security systems remain operational across the enterprise, activating and/or responding to alarms, receiving calls regarding security-related incidents occurring within the company, creating incident reports utilizing incident management software, monitoring enterprise-wide physical security systems, and dispatching the appropriate individual/organization for any emergencies, conduct open-source research on potential threat actors and assess threats to company assets based on available information.
A thorough understanding of various software platforms used in GSOC is required.
Notifies corporate security leadership, as well as associates that may be affected by risks or threats promptly.
Communication must be clear concise and accurate.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent
Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field, with customer service experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Experience with Windows-based computer programs is strongly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite software programs is strongly preferred.
