This role is responsible for using data and analytics to measure member engagement, demonstrate how improving consumer experience improves ROI, and develops measurement and reporting products for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. The Business Strategic Plan Director is a key leader in the team, and this is a unique opportunity to drive the achievement of our Consumer Experience aspiration, strategies to drive personalized engagement and build trust with the consumer.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Understand all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future.
Translate the analytics & insights strategy into projects, products and manage ongoing reporting tools that provide insight into the consumers' experience and behaviors.
Bring insights on consumer expectations, trends, and the market landscape; bring outside-in thinking.
Inform the current and evolving Consumer Experience strategy with inside-out data and analytics.
Succinctly and powerfully story tell using data, insights to create a sense of urgency and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, leaders, and associates.
Build and leverage relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems, partner across analytics teams across the enterprise.
Propose opportunities to improve results-based data, insights products.
Bring end-to-end strategic thinking and analytical ability.
Creates analytical models to predict, classify, quantify, and/or forecast business metrics.
Designs projects that address specific business issues determined by consultation with business partners.
Develops very complex and varied strategic report applications and analyses.
Employs advanced analytics to gain critical insights into member behavior drivers and preferences, product/program concepts and value propositions, operational effectiveness and efficiencies, client specific health gaps and needs.
Change maker with bias to action with speed and accuracy.
Demonstrates situational leadership and emotional intelligence with all levels of the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 year strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Master’s Degree Preferred
Top tier consulting firm experience preferred.
