New hire trainingand metric tracking.
Participate in weekly team trainings.
Make a minimum of 35 phone calls daily
Track daily, weekly, and monthlymetrics.
Enthusiastically implement and encourage our Sales Floor “Vision”.
Passionate accountability to lead team members to exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team growth.
Accurately navigate multiple databases for sales processing and customer tracking.
Strong understanding of innovative sales tactics and strategies.
Confident, strong communicator able to build rapport quickly providing outstanding customer service every time.
Adaptable communicator capable of effectively transitioning from product presentation to closing the sale.
