Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager Assistant to join our real estate team. This role will provide essential support to the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the profitability of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
This position does require you to be in the office Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.– 3 p.m. If you are unable to be in the office during these times, please do not apply. We are looking for a long-term employee with the possibility of advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:

Assist with preparing and distributing property documents, reports, and correspondence

Maintain accurate record-keeping systems for lease agreements, tenant files, and property documentation

Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings while managing the Property Manager's calendar
- Tenant Relations:
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Property Maintenance & Repairs:

Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to schedule repairs and property improvements
- Communication & Documentation:

Maintain professional and clear communication with tenants, owners, and stakeholders

Prepare and distribute notices, memos, and announcements as directed by the Property Manager
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration (preferred)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software

Proficient in email communications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
