Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Job Summary
Manage the instructor-led learning strategies and deliverables to meet developmental objectives of the targeted audiences. Partner with senior manager, learning and development, instructional designers, and business partners to determine the best methods of learning facilitation delivery. Provide supervisory and facilitation and development expertise for internal learning and training teams, contractors, and others who support the delivery of learning curricula.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Performs task and content analysis with subject matter experts to distribute expected learning deliverables.
Deploys facilitation and instructional strategies, scope, timing resource requirements and constraints analysis.
Identifies learning courses, job aids and materials relevant to facilitation and learning needs and partner with design and development team for creation.
Executes and manages instructor-led learning delivery.
Develops roadmap for learning facilitator team as well as trains, supervises, and mentors specialists and/or contractors.
Serves as POC to THD Learning Opportunities.
Organizes people resources and drives results.
Identifies metrics and measurement aligned to learning delivery.

Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience
Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
