5+ years' experience supporting Enterprise BI functions with experience as a leader preferred
Knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
SQL proficiency and familiarity with Snowflake
Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, tables, graphs and charts with Tableau or other visualization tools
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
Working knowledge of data governance efforts that ensure data accuracy, quality, and security
Experience providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities while providing decision support for Finance, business leadership, and executive management.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Hires, develops, trains and leads a small team of financial professionals and establishes and monitors goals to ensure success.
Prepares financial and business related analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rates of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
Compiles and prepares detailed reports, graphs, and charts of relevant financial data.
Conducts special financial and business related studies and works cross functionally in preparation of analyses.
Plans and assigns the work of others and schedules and maintains the daily workflow.
Participates in the orientation and training of other associates within the department.

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
No travel is required.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
