Position Purpose:
The Regional Provider Manager (RPM) builds, manages, and facilitates the sourcing and pipeline growth of qualified residential third-party service providers. This includes partnering with the capacity planning team based at the Store Support Center (SSC), identifying new pipeline sources within market, leveraging local market teams across The Home Depot to identify prospective service providers (SP), and utilizing the third partner SP skill building program for interior makeover products as needed. The RPM is responsible for ensuring sufficient SP capacity to meet installation targets while maintaining an understanding of current SP capacity trends and ensuring an effective post onboarding engagement and ramp-up process is occurring. This position ensures maintenance of capacity in their assigned region, timely onboarding of SPs, and adherence to Service Provider compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
30% - Compliance & Partnership Reviews - Drives compliance coordination among region SP teams through region reporting, periodic badge audits, and job site visits. Improves provider post onboarding experience by creating, measuring, and improving region-wide proficiency milestones at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days where SP job assignments and installed revenue volume are measured and improved. Prepares and conducts Service Provider Partnership Reviews to walk through prior quarter or half install history, job management, install pace, iVOC, efficiency, business growth opportunities, and overall status of the service provider's business as it relates to the contract terms with THD.
30% - Service Provider Engagement - Drives an effective business integration and install job ramp-up process to improve pipeline conversion and retention success through a standardized post onboarding experience. Ensures industry install standards are followed to meet or exceed THD customer experience iVOC goals. Evaluates region ramp-up effectiveness through standard benchmarks such as 90-day, 6month, and 1 year utilization milestones. Drives utilization rates to lower service provider turnover through effective transition from post onboarding to utilization. Ensures benchmarking and alignment is occurring with peer teams to leverage best practices.
40% - Service Provider Pipeline - Identifies capacity needs through analytics, reporting tools, and related systems to drive service provider applicant invites and conversion through the onboarding process. Utilizes various techniques effective for the market being supported, partners with internal THD teams such as Service Provider Management, compliance, and local field install management teams. Operates proactively by visiting job sites, supply warehouses, and HD Pro Desks, conducting neighborhood canvassing, sourcing via online services (Angie's list, home advisor, etc.), and holding sourcing events at stores. Applies knowledge to support navigation of state and county insurance requirements. In partnership with the field execution team, will evaluate and utilize programs such as the 3rd Party SP Skill Building Program to grow the local labor force. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Construction/home improvement industry experience
Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects
