Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience of learning delivery and meeting facilitation including utilization of various adult learning theory methods such as classroom, virtual, eLearning and ADDIE process.
Demonstrated success in both content development and delivery.

Job Summary
Manage the research, design, and development of learning curricula, job aids, and reference manuals to meet the developmental objectives of the targeted audiences. Provide supervisory and instructional design expertise for internal learning teams, contractors, and others who support the development of learning curricula.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Leads a team of instructional designers who support learning and design development while organizing people resources in order to drive results.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to conduct comprehensive needs analysis, translate business requirements into defined training needs and leads curriculum design meetings to establish learning objectives, instructional strategies, scope, target audience, timing, resource requirements and constraints analysis.
Performs task and content analysis with subject matter experts to obtain specific information to be included in training on order to support expected deliverables.
Writes and/or reviews training courses, job aids and reference manuals and manages eLearning vendor content catalogue and curation.
Leads administration of Workday Learning and reporting capabilities across all learning and training functions and identifies metrics and measurements aligned to learning deliverables.
Develops roadmap for learning deliverables, including segment-specific DIY eLearning, while collaborating closely with Learning Facilitation and Development to support various design and development needs.
Serves as liaison to Change Management team to identify and support design and development opportunities.

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
