Performs an accomplished level of duties in the analysis, evaluation and implementation in one or more areas of compensation including compensation services, compensation administration, incentive systems and international compensation. Analysis involves interpretation of trends, strategies and the culture of the corporation. This role will collaborate with functional management and staff providing professional advice on all compensation matters. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Description Under general supervision performs the following activities:
Ensure compliance with compensation policies, generating reports, developing presentations, and performing other compensation related functions.
Review and interprets market trends and help develop and track metrics based on employee demographics, the marketplace, pay equity and other factors that may impact the business.
Supports the administration of variable compensation plans.
Develops presentations showing data trends and possible solutions that may impact critical business projects.
Assists with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and using statistical modeling techniques to support business need.
Contribute to and help manage the compensation planning process; this includes being involved in merit planning and processing annual bonus.
Completes salary surveys or other compensation related surveys in order to obtain market data needed for benchmarking.
Benchmark jobs against market data to determine competitive compensation and assist with wage rate recommendations according to job responsibilities.
Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales.
Develops job descriptions and reviews/evaluates jobs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Works with insurance brokers and/or providers to find cost-effective benefit packages for the organization; support implementation and enrollment for benefits plan when required.
Manage data in compensation-related technology solutions (HR Systems) in terms of creating and maintaining key fields (e.g., job structures, codes, titles, incentive eligibility) within compensation management system, and ensure all HR data is current and correct.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline preferred.
Professional accreditation (CCP, GRP, SHRM, etc.) preferred.
Knowledge of federal laws and general human resources policies and procedures related to compensation preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Strong excel knowledge
Strong analytical, statistical, human relations and communication skills required.
Ability to perform in high pressure and fast pace environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Language proficiency Spanish strongly preferred.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience
Two to three (2-3) years related experience in compensation, financial analysis, statistical analysis or other quantitative related experience required.
