FedEx Custom Critical is excited to announce we will be adding a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to our Human Resources team! The Org Effectiveness Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent strategies for the organization and plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s structure and culture, as well as driving employee engagement and performance. This role provides oversight and guidance for the management, development, implementation, assessment and communication of talent training and development programs, workforce analytics strategy, and talent and performance management programs. The role is also responsible for leading, developing, and implementing organizational design strategies to align with the overall business objectives. The Manager of Org Effectiveness is accountable for ensuring the success of talent management, HR analytics, and organizational design initiatives. You will uphold the Purple Promise by making every customer experience outstanding. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee leadership and talent development programs to ensure alignment with talent management and succession planning, retain top talent, and build the talent bench strength at all levels of the organization, from interns to executives.
Oversee and direct training and learning including, but not limited to, new hire training and continuing education needs (ops and non-ops). Ensure learnings address business requirements, align with organizational goals and strategy, and improve teammate performance/productivity.
Manage performance and talent strategies and programs to provide regular feedback, set performance and development goals, and support career growth for all team members.
Lead, develop, and manage organizational design initiatives from executive vision through implementation to align with the business objectives and strategic goals. Support ongoing business requests to evaluate existing org structures and responsibility assignment, including job analyses, time studies, job description reviews & updates, and structure/staffing recommendations.
Manage and oversee HR data analytics, including staffing & talent acquisition models, succession planning, HR dashboards & metrics, and employee surveys.
Develop, lead or support, and implement organizational and HR specific strategic objectives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
Ensure adherence to department budget, address variances and other budget concerns.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree: Required; Business, Psychology, Org Development or closely related discipline; 8 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
Master's Degree: Preferred; Business, Psychology, Org Development or closely related discipline
Job Related Experience:
5+ years: Required; Talent/Leadership Development, Program Design, Data Analytics experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
