Regional Operations Coaches contribute to the success of Starbucks by utilizing operations expertise to coach and consult with retail leaders to execute and sustain organizational priorities. They collaborate with retail leaders and support partners to successfully implement change while building operational capability among regions.
This role will support the PNW (Pacific Northwest ) Region and will require the individual to reside in WA., OR., or IA
As a regional operations coach, you will…
In partnership with field leaders, leverages operational expertise and coaching for successful
implementation of key initiatives and programs, and continuous improvement of partner
capability, customer experience and business results
Works closely with director of field implementation and other field implementation coaches to
steward AOP priorities and initiatives to optimize performance relative to sales, profitability and
the customer and partner experience
Manages US and regional priorities by utilizing project management skills and leveraging cross
functional teams to support the assigned regional directors and regional vice president
Supports the assigned region’s annual planning approach, with strong Operations Services
collaboration
Leverages two-way communication with field and support partners, and represents organizational
and regional perspective on prioritization, planning and promotions to inspire operational
excellence, effective implementation and facilitate insights
Oversees operational planning to support operational execution of tests and promotional and
non-promotional programs and projects in the assigned region
Provides specific operational input and feedback into the development of new products and
programs to ensure successful execution
