Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service and Engagement Team Leader located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Service and Engagement Team Leader will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ensuring exceptional guest experiences through supervisory skills, customer service, communication, team leadership, and team management.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills and team management experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a team towards shared goals
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Previous retail experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Flexibility in schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
